The Birkman Method
Used for over 70 years in businesses worldwide and underpinning much of my coaching and consulting, the Birkman Method is an occupational personality assessment that is reliable and scientifically validated.
Following a comprehensive questionnaire, you’ll receive the detailed 31-page Birkman Signature Report, identifying and illuminating your interests, needs, and typical usual and stress behaviours to help you understand what kind of environment may best suit you.
As a certified Birkman Consultant, I’ll go through the Report with you in a comprehensive 90-minute session, or we can incorporate it into an in-depth coaching program.
